About Stephanie Nesselhuf

Stephanie Nesselhuf chose the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota to be her home in 2005. While her career at the time was that of a School Psychologist for Rapid City Area Schools, a love of real estate was born out of a part time job that Stephanie created for herself when she purchased a couple of houses to use as long- term rental properties for her portfolio. That lead to the start of Shifting Spaces (her own house flipping business), a contractor license and her buying, remodeling and then selling over 50 uniquely designed homes from 2010 to 2022. She has taken great pride in seeing the happiness that her design vision has brought to those families that purchased her homes. All of this has given Stephanie an in- depth personal experience of the process involved in locating, buying and selling homes. As the only female general contractor and business owner in the Rapid City area, the story of her dedication and hard work was featured in the September/October2022 issue of Black Hills Woman Magazine. Since she earned her Real Estate license, she was named South Dakota 2022 REMAX Rookie of the Year and she is excited to help more people find their dream homes. This passion for real estate and her love of the Black Hills makes her a great fit to join the Stellar Properties team and help families find their forever homes or investment properties.
