As a National Lender I work with a ton of "not so great" realtors. Realtors that are clearly not in it for their clients and are just throwing things against the wall in hopes of a paycheck. Because of this I have a habit of warning my clients along the way when working with a new agent, just to make sure they are getting the service they deserve. In the case with the clients I shared with Steph, she was one step ahead the entire time. I'd mention something to my clients and before they could ask, she'd be calling them with the info. She was proactive and instrumental in getting this deal closed. She advocated for our clients and got them just what they needed to feel comfortable with their purchase as first time buyers.
